At BNLSolutions, we offer flexible billing options to help you manage your shipping and order management needs. This page explains how we handle billing, including information on our monthly subscription packages.

  1. Subscription-Based Billing

    Some of the packages offered for our Shopify addon operate on a monthly subscription basis. When you subscribe to one of these packages, you agree to be billed on a recurring basis according to the following terms:

    • Billing Cycle: Your subscription will renew automatically every 30 days. You will be billed at the beginning of each billing cycle.
    • Payment Method: The payment method associated with your Shopify account will be used to process payments for your subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your selected payment method.
    • Subscription Fee: The cost of the subscription is based on the package you choose. All fees are clearly outlined in the package details at the time of purchase and are charged in [Currency].
    • Taxes: Any applicable taxes will be added to your total subscription fee at checkout based on your billing address and local tax laws.
  2. Free Trial (If Applicable)

    We may offer a free trial period for some of our packages. If you sign up for a free trial, your billing cycle will begin once the trial period ends. You will not be charged during the trial period, but your payment method will be charged automatically when the trial expires unless you cancel before the end of the trial.

  3. Payment Methods

    We accept the following payment methods via your Shopify store:

    • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
    • Shopify Payments
    • Other payment options available through Shopify’s platform (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
    • All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s billing system.
  4. Upgrading or Downgrading Plans

    You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time by accessing the billing section in your Shopify admin panel or contacting our support team at [Your Contact Email]. Changes to your plan will take effect immediately, and the new subscription fee will be reflected in your next billing cycle.

    • Upgrades: If you upgrade your plan, the new subscription fee will be prorated for the current billing cycle.
    • Downgrades: If you downgrade your plan, the lower subscription fee will apply starting from the next billing cycle.
  5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

    You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

    • You will continue to have access to the Addon’s features until the end of your current billing cycle.
    • No further charges will be made after the cancellation date.
    • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for unused portions of your subscription. If you cancel, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.
  6. Failed Payments

    If a payment fails, you will be notified and asked to update your payment method. If we are unable to process the payment within [X days], your subscription may be suspended until the outstanding payment is settled.

  7. Changes to Pricing

    We reserve the right to change the prices of our subscription plans. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to you in advance, and the new prices will apply starting from your next billing cycle.
